​Lucas is a finalist reading Psychology, Philosophy, and Linguistics at the University of Oxford where he has achieved Distinctions for all modules since enrolment, leading to his election as a College Scholar.

His passion for drawing insights to create real and positive impact shines through his unique career journey over the past 5 years, having deeply explored public service and consulting roles before now finding himself enchanted by a career in counselling/coaching.

An experienced mentor, Lucas has led dozens of 1-on-1 sessions and webinars on the end-to-end refinement of UCAS and internship applications. He has helped his mentees achieve their wildest dreams — attaining various top-tier undergraduate and postgraduate scholarships offering full funding, summer internships at BCG/Bain, vacation schemes at international law firms, etc.

Ultimately, he hopes to empower prospective applicants to realise the best version of themselves!
