  • Apply via UCAS

    • Deadline: January

  • After submitting your UCAS application, UAL will invite selected applicants to submit a portfolio via their online portal

    • You’ll be required to submit a Personal Statement of 4,000 characters as part of your UCAS application

  • Some courses may require an additional written task, project, or creative exercise

Portfolio Requirements

  • Typically 10–30 pages of curated work, tailored to the specific course

    • Deadline:

      • RD: January

    • You’ll be required to submit a Personal Statement of 650 words as part of your Common App application

  • Submit a portfolio through SlideRoom, reviewed by Parsons faculty

Portfolio Requirements

  • 8-12 pieces of original work, demonstrating creativity, technical ability, and conceptual depth

  • A combination of 2D and 3D work, with a strong focus on process and research
